Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business System Analyst located in Makati City Metro Manila. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supports digital transformation and system optimization initiatives for the Trust, Wealth Management, and Fund Services divisions. The role bridges business requirements and technical solutions to enhance portfolio management, fund accounting, trust operations, compliance reporting, and client servicing platforms.
The BSA ensures systems align with BSP regulations, investment governance standards, and BDO's internal risk framework while improving operational efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience
- 37 years experience as Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in:
Banking
- Trust / Wealth Management
- Investment or Fund Services
- Experience in trust systems, fund accounting, or portfolio management platforms preferred.
Technical Skills
- Business Process Modeling (BPMN)
- SQL & data analysis
- API integration concepts
Knowledge of:
- Core banking systems
- Fund accounting
- Trust accounting
- CRM systems
- Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
- Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs)
- Discretionary portfolio management
- Estate & fiduciary administration
