We are currently looking for a Business System Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will work with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support the execution of technology initiatives. The role is suited to professionals who combine strong technical capability with a structured and accountable approach to delivery.

Business System Analyst

Job Type: 7 months contract

Job Requirement:

• At least 4 - 5 years experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems.
• Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
• Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing of reported incidents and service requests.
• Support users and provide resolution for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks
• Managing of the service desk common mailbox
• Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review.
• Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. System downtime, New implementations
