We are seeking a Business Support System Specialist for a contract, remote role. The ideal candidate will focus on providing business and technical support for organizational support systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes, delivering technical support, and managing the configuration of Business Support Systems (BSS). The specialist will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient integration between business processes and technology systems.

• Proficiency in managing and configuring Business Support Systems (BSS) for optimal performance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements effectively.
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting related to support systems.
• Knowledge of business processes and workflows to align technical systems with organizational goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or financial services industries is a plus.
