Business Support Executive (Admin Support / Transport Provided)

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to sales department.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
• Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
• Prepare quotations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous
