Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support & Administration Executive to support the company's daily operations across administration, accounts, HR, quotations, and IT coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, payment claims, and related documents.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, payment tracking, and financial records.
  • Manage employee records, leave applications, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare activities.
  • Maintain office administration, filing systems, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors on hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Support project teams and management with administrative and operational matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

This position is particularly suitable for an interior design consultancy where one person supports multiple business functions.
