Business Solutions Associate (Venue Management)

Global-Link MP is looking for a Business Solutions Associate to join our Venue Management team. This role combines client acquisition, sales support, and event coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and bringing events to life.

What You'll Do

• Bring in new clients and help secure bookings for our premium Makati event venue
• Prepare proposals, and assist in closing deals
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers for smooth event execution
• Support event setup, teardown, and on-site operations
• Ensure venue guidelines and safety standards are followed
• Assist in post-event feedback and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Management, HRM, Tourism, Entrepreneurship, or related course
• Strong communication and client servicing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Preferably with experience in sales, events, or hospitality
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

About the Venue

You will help manage a premium, culturally rich, and architecturally modern venue in Makati, known for elegant spaces ideal for corporate events, product launches, and special gatherings.
