Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Retention Officer, based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Business Retention Officer will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided, and actively addressing concerns. Additional tasks include analyzing retention metrics, developing strategies to maintain client loyalty, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences. Prompt and effective communication with clients is a key aspect of the role.
