Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Requirements Analyst with experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Java-based applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with Java developers during design, development, and testing phases.
- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Support project delivery by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Required Skills
- Experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Analysis.
- Good understanding of Java-based applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exposure to API integrations and enterprise applications.
