Salary: 1500 - 3000 USD, negotiable
Working hours: 8:30-17:30 with a lunch break from 12-13pm, 5 days working
Job Responsibilities
1. Market & Sales Strategy Formulation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Vietnam's industry trends, channel structures, competitors, and customer behavior to assist HQ in formulating market entry and development strategies.
- Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies and growth plans for assigned channels/customers based on key account profiles and regional characteristics.
2. New Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Proactively identify and approach potential Key Accounts among local Vietnamese enterprises and MNCs; establish from 0 to 1 partnerships.
- Independently lead business negotiations to achieve sales targets and growth metrics set by the company.
3. Project Execution & Internal Coordination
- Act as the project lead, coordinating cross-functionally with internal departments (Logistics, Customs, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless local execution of customer requirements in Vietnam.
- Report project progress to HQ regularly and drive resource allocation toward the Vietnamese market.
Qualifications
I. Professional Competence
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B Key Account Sales/BD experience in the Vietnamese market. Background in import/export trading, cross-border supply chain, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Possesses clear sales strategy thinking; capable of independently managing account tiering, sales funnels, and growth planning.
- Communication: Ability to negotiate and report effectively to HQ/Chinese teams; skilled at aligning objectives between China and Vietnam.
II. Coordination & Communication Skills
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality.
- Cross-Cultural Fluency: Strong cross-cultural communication skills to collaborate efficiently between Chinese management and Vietnamese clients/teams.
III. Personal Attributes & Adaptability
- Fast Learner: Quick to master product knowledge, customs clearance processes, and trade terms (e.g., Incoterms).
- Solution Selling: Possess a solution-oriented sales mindset, capable of providing customized solutions based on specific client pain points.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently (primarily within Vietnam, with occasional trips to headquarters in China)
