About the Role

As a Business Reporting & Analysis Specialist, you will be a key contributor with the Design, development and maintenance of Automation, Reporting and Data solutions in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that our customers have the information they need to make informed decisions, improve operational efficiency and business visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).

· Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate.

· Design and develop basic applications using Power Apps.

· Integrate Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) into end-to-end solutions.

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

· Support ad-hoc analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Develop and implement AI-driven automation and intelligent agents to improve tasks efficiency and business insights

Key Competencies

· Power Automate – workflow automation

· Power Apps – low-code development

· Power BI – dashboards and reporting

· Project management experience

· AI / Agent Development – ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows, Copilot solutions, or automation agents

· Excel Automation – advanced formulas, Power Query, scripts/VBA

· Strong analytical and data handling skills

· Process improvement and problem-solving mindset

· Project management experience

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above

· 2+ years experience in automation, reporting, or data analysis

· Excel Macro / VBA Skills is a plus

· HTML/CSS/JS experience is a plus

· Forwarding industry experience is a plus
