Job Description

Administrative & Data Management

• Sorting and filing of physical and digital documents.
• Data entry and encoding for departmental records.
• Maintainingand updating contact lists or databases.
• Scanning, photocopying, and archiving sensitive files.

Communications & Coordination

• Drafting initial versions of internal memos or emails.
• Assistingin scheduling meetings and managing team calendars.
• Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes of the meeting.
• Handling basic inquiries via phone or email.

Project & Operational Support

• Conducting basic research for ongoing projects.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations or report templates
• Monitoringoffice supplies andassistingin procurement requests.

Qualifications

• College Student with any business related course.
• Willing to sign Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
• Preferably 600 hours of on-the-job training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using standard office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work on-site and a learning-oriented attitude with adaptability.
