Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop and drive product features that fuel the impactful growth of Shopee Business (FBS & SBS) at a regional level.
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements to plan and prioritize feature pipelines. Lead discussions to understand business needs and define suitable flows and UX/UI to manage products effectively.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle (planning, researching, designing, developing, implementing, UAT, rollout, and post-analysis).
  • Conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings, tech platform features, and potential partner products for future expansion.
  • Work closely with both product and business teams to identify growth opportunities and solve operational problems resourcefully.
  • Define and manage product metrics and KPIs to measure business impact post-rollout.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and report back to regional product teams while prioritizing enhancement requests from local teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations improvement, strategy, transformation, or project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills (verbal and written) across diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment.
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
