Business Processes & Systems Lead

Location: Pasay (Head Office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning)

Level: (AVP Director Level)

Role Overview:

Lead process and systems management initiatives, optimizing workflows, integrating systems, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee process improvement, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalability of systems.
  • Identify opportunities for technology-enabled efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align technology with operational needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in process management, systems optimization, or IT operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
