Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Set up new plans by creating plan codes, accounts, contacts, fund lineups, and required planlevel configurations.

  • Verify beneficial ownership and ensure compliance through accurate Accurint research and documentation.

  • Manage plan transitions, configure design provisions, and ensure all plan forms are properly generated and accessible.

  • Conduct thorough platform and website testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a smooth client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, provide timely support, and maintain strong working relationships across the implementation group.

  • Identify issues, recommend process and system improvements, and assist in updating procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members and new hires.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred however, motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred candidates who are undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Access, and Word.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
