Job Description

Job Purpose:

Business Process Manager leads the strategic business process, reviews and improvement initiatives, and delivers innovative software development products aligned with management's goals and direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the OE Framework across mall operations.
  • Ensure the deployment and maintenance of standardized process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, RACIs).
  • Drive achievement of SLAs for all standardized processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Identify and escalate process risks and issues to the OE Lead.
  • Manage and mentor Process Analysts, fostering skill development and performance.
  • Partner with Tenants, Mall Operations, and Corporate Teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive change.
  • Prepare and present process improvement updates to the OE Lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course
  • At least 10 years of experience related to Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills (presenting, facilitating meetings, conduct trainings, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
