Job Purpose:
Business Process Manager leads the strategic business process, reviews and improvement initiatives, and delivers innovative software development products aligned with management's goals and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the OE Framework across mall operations.
- Ensure the deployment and maintenance of standardized process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, RACIs).
- Drive achievement of SLAs for all standardized processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Identify and escalate process risks and issues to the OE Lead.
- Manage and mentor Process Analysts, fostering skill development and performance.
- Partner with Tenants, Mall Operations, and Corporate Teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive change.
- Prepare and present process improvement updates to the OE Lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course
- At least 10 years of experience related to Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Communication skills (presenting, facilitating meetings, conduct trainings, etc.)
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
