Role Description
Regional BPM Lead responsible for driving performance governance, process standardization, stakeholder confidence, and operational stability across the region through structured performance management, escalation governance, and system enablement (CargoWise)
Objective of the Position
Partner with Regional Business and Operations Leaders to strengthen confidence in GBS delivery through disciplined performance governance, standardized global KPIs, and structured escalation management. Drive CargoWise enablement, process standardization, and operational resilience while supporting the successful deployment of global initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead a structured performance governance cadence with Regional Leadership to review operational performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive clear ownership and closure of actions. Act as a trusted partner to strengthen business confidence in GBS delivery outcomes.
Define, standardize, and enforce Global Logistics Performance Standards and KPIs across regions. Ensure consistent measurement, interpretation, and performance transparency while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Own end-to-end regional escalation governance including structured issue management, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation, and effectiveness validation. Drive resolution discipline to eliminate repeat issues and stabilize service performance.
Drive operational enablement of CargoWise and related systems by defining performance standards, monitoring adoption, and ensuring alignment with standardized operating models. Ensure system utilization translates into measurable service
and productivity outcomes.
Drive regional process alignment with global standards by establishing operational baselines, identifying process deviations, and enabling adoption of standardized best practices across delivery teams.
Support the execution of global and head office initiatives by ensuring structured implementation, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery against defined business outcomes.
Ensure regional readiness for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) through periodic testing, risk mitigation, and compliance with organizational resilience standards.
Leverage operational data and analytics to generate actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support leadership decision-making on service performance and operational effectiveness.
Experience
10–15 years of experience in Process Transformation, Operational Governance, or Service Delivery Leadership within shared services, logistics, or global operations environments. Proven experience working with senior leadership and global stakeholders in multi-country matrix organizations. Strong exposure to GBS operating models, process standardization, and operational performance management
Certifications
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification CargoWise certification or logistics systems exposure (preferred).
