Job Description

The Business Process Management Supervisor leads process optimization by collaborating with Key Users to document current workflows, design future-state processes, and ensure sustainable improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document current and future processes in key areas (e.g., Finance).
  • Work with Key Users to define scope and objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with action plans.
  • Analyze gaps, find root causes, and resolve issues.
  • Use data analysis to support decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to Process Owners.
  • Keep accurate records and best practices

Job Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • 12 years experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, LEAN, or Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of business process automation, BI tools, SAP, and financial processes (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Results-oriented and adaptable to learning new skills
