The Business Process Management Supervisor leads process optimization by collaborating with Key Users to document current workflows, design future-state processes, and ensure sustainable improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document current and future processes in key areas (e.g., Finance).
- Work with Key Users to define scope and objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements with action plans.
- Analyze gaps, find root causes, and resolve issues.
- Use data analysis to support decisions.
- Recommend improvements to Process Owners.
- Keep accurate records and best practices
Job Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 12 years experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, LEAN, or Six Sigma
- Knowledge of business process automation, BI tools, SAP, and financial processes (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Results-oriented and adaptable to learning new skills
