Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering graduate to join our team as a Business Process Engineer. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Create and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and resource optimization
- Support business process automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
