The Business Process Automation Lead will drive the implementation of practical automation and AI-enabled solutions across the Aivee Group to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and streamline processes across multiple business units.
This role partners closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and implement scalable automation solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, and overall operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, systems-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly translate operational challenges into practical, working solutions in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
- Identify repetitive, manual, and inefficient processes across departments
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation solutions
- Automate approvals, notifications, reminders, reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Integrate multiple systems and platforms to improve process flow and efficiency
2. AI Tool Implementation & Enablement
- Deploy AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
- Develop internal assistants, GPT-based tools, or copilots for team use
- Evaluate, test, and pilot emerging AI solutions applicable to business operations
- Recommend scalable and practical AI use cases across departments
3. Process Mapping & Improvement
- Partner with department heads to document and analyze current workflows
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Design optimized future-state processes aligned with business goals
- Prioritize automation initiatives based on impact and ROI
4. Data & Reporting Automation
- Build automated dashboards and reporting systems for key business metrics
- Streamline data collection, consolidation, and visualization processes
- Improve real-time visibility of KPIs across business units
5. Training & Change Adoption
- Train teams on new automation tools and workflows
- Drive user adoption and ensure smooth implementation
- Develop SOPs, documentation, and process guides for automated systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, operations, systems development, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
- Hands-on experience using technology to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational performance.
