Role Overview:
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Utility Account. This is a 100% onsite role with a morning shift, ideal for candidates who want a stable schedule and the opportunity to grow in a customer-focused environment.
You'll be part of a dynamic team providing excellent support to customers of a utility service account while working in a professional onsite setup.

What You'll Do:
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to utility services
Provide accurate information, account support, and issue resolution
Process service requests, billing concerns, and general concerns
Maintain high-quality customer service and satisfaction
Document customer interactions properly following company guidelines

Qualifications:
Completed at least 2 years in college
TOR or Diploma is required
With good communication and customer-handling skills
Willing to work100% onsite
Can start ASAP
