- Develop end-to-end process maps, including value stream maps and other recognized notations, at a level of detail suitable for integration analysis
- Capture process owners, roles, inputs and outputs, business rules, KPIs, controls, and pain points
- Identify systems of record and systems of engagement involved in each process step
Integration Architecture Analysis

- Map data flows, interface types (synchronous APIs, asynchronous events, batch, file-based), and any middleware or iPaaS components
- Identify integration gaps, redundancies, point-to-point dependencies, single points of failure, and opportunities for rationalization
- Collaborate with solution architects, integration engineers, and data architects to align process-level views with technical architecture
Target-State Design and Recommendations
- Define to-be process and integration architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles and digital strategies
- Recommend process simplification, automation, decoupling, and integration patterns (e.g., API-led, event-driven, canonical data models)
- Develop transition roadmaps with prioritized and sequenced improvements, including clear business benefits
Governance and Standards
