Senior Business Process Architect

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Process Architect to support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within the Information Technology Department (ITD). This role will focus on analyzing, mapping, and improving end-to-end business processes and enterprise system integrations across the organization.
You will play a key role in helping stakeholders understand current-state integrations, identify inefficiencies and redundancies, and design target-state architectures aligned with company's digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Mapping
- Engage business and IT stakeholders to document current-state (as-is) business processes.
- Develop end-to-end process maps, value stream maps, and integration-focused workflows.
- Capture process owners, business rules, KPIs, controls, and pain points.
- Identify systems-of-record and systems-of-engagement across workflows.
Integration Architecture Analysis
- Document integration touchpoints between enterprise platforms including ERP, HRMS, finance, reporting, and document management systems.
- Map data flows, APIs, middleware, batch processes, and event-driven integrations.
- Identify integration gaps, redundancies, dependencies, and rationalization opportunities.
- Collaborate with solution architects, integration engineers, and data architects.
Target-State Architecture & Recommendations
- Define future-state (to-be) process and integration architectures aligned with EA standards and company's digital strategy.
- Recommend automation, simplification, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and canonical data models.
- Develop transition roadmaps with prioritized initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Contribute to EA standards, repositories, and governance processes.
- Translate technical integration concepts into business-friendly visuals and recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to architecture review boards and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business process architecture, enterprise architecture, business analysis, or related domains.
- At least 3 years focused on integration architecture and enterprise systems analysis in complex environments.
- Proven experience delivering process maps and integration models that drove measurable outcomes.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in process/value stream mapping.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling notations such as ArchiMate.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, ESB/iPaaS, event-driven architecture, middleware, and batch integrations.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Sparx EA, LeanIX, or Visio.
- Familiarity with ERP, HRMS, CRM, financial, and document management systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini to improve delivery efficiency.
- TOGAF, BPM CBOK, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.

Work Arrangement
- Work-from-home setup with occasional onsite attendance
- Schedule: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Manila Time.
