Business Process Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to identify improvement opportunities
• Walkthroughs cover data gathering and analysis, benchmarking, coordinating with stakeholders, and designing process information through proper documentations
• Identify, impact assess, and align process changes with stakeholders, securing proper sign offs
• Develop, facilitate, and participate where appropriate in business process testing prior to roll-out
• Drive the delivery of process changes ,which includes the following: training and rollout, monitoring of compliance, and evaluating performance results
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge in MS Office application (More on Visio and Excel – Pivot, Basic formula) and basic concepts of business process
• Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
• Must be a Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certificate holder
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City
