About the role
Join SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) as a full-time Business Process Analyst based in our Pasay City Metro Manila office. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising our business processes to drive efficiency and support the company's overall objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Analyzes current process in order to provide solutions for improvements
- Develops process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Performs data gathering and root cause analysis in order to develop appropriate process control changes
- Prioritizes and implements process change requirements based on the critical project needs
- Works with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process/ approach
- Prepares elicit requirements from users and stakeholders to provide functional specifications for an application to be develop
- Prepare testing scripts/ scenarios
- Conduct testing of application/ system in reference to (Software Development Life Cycle) SDLC
- Prepare documentation manual for application/ system
- Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements
- Acts as liaison between users and IT Support on applications
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with business process mapping, documentation, and optimisation
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies for process analysis and improvement
- A team player with the drive to continuously learn and improve
