Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Process Analyst role based in Metro Manila. The Business Process Analyst will examine existing workflows across clinical, administrative, and retail operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping current processes, gathering and analyzing data, conducting stakeholder interviews, and documenting requirements for process changes. The role involves designing and implementing optimized processes, preparing clear reports and presentations, and supporting change management activities such as training and communication. The Business Process Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance metrics, track the impact of improvements, and recommend ongoing enhancements to support operational efficiency and a better patient experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in business process improvement and business process management, with the ability to design, document, and optimize workflows.
- Solid analytical skills and business analysis experience, including data collection, trend analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of core business processes in service or healthcare/retail environments, and ability to align process changes with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in using productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, process mapping software, reporting tools) to model, evaluate, and present process changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate meetings or workshops.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines in an on-site, team-based environment.
- Experience in healthcare, optical, or retail operations is an advantage, as well as familiarity with basic change management and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
