The Business Process Analyst develops business processes, procedures, implementing guidelines, circulars, users, and operations manual for all business initiatives to ensure work efficiencies.
How will you contribute
Operations analysis and improvement;
Benchmark industry practice and standard protocol;
Process documentation;
Operations risk assessment;
Review of Organizational structure and prepare requirements, specifications, and recommendations;
Conduct Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) to ensure control measures are in place;
Standardize and harmonize forms and reports in coordination with the Legal Department and process owners;
Conduct trainings, presentations, walkthrough or workshops related to the project;
Oversee insurance activities of the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates as defined;
Recommend insurance alternatives;
Help develop the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Business Process Specialist, Documentation Specialist, or Policy Specialist in any industry
Must have a good working knowledge in standardization of processes and procedures
Strong background in Business Process Design, Policy Documentation, Business Writing, Project Management, Quality Assurance Testing
Possess both soft and hard skills on customer service, decision making, facilitation, supervisory skills, and professionalism
