QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Management or Industrial Engineering course graduate. With IS/IT credits preferred but not required
- At least 2 years experience preferably in Business Analysis and Documentation, dealing with system implementation (business requirements, development, testing), ISO standardization initiatives and or ICT planning. Proficient in MS Office applications, Visio and MS Project
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Process Analysis
- Analyzes current business processes of various DMCI departments;
- Provides recommendations to enhance current business processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness;
- Recommends process and task allocation alterations and application of necessary technology
Document Management
- Documents and presents current and proposed business processes, standard policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Create Users Manual of the program/module in accordance with company documentation standards
Implementation and Support
- Perform and execute a comprehensive test on system then coordinate with end-users for systems evaluation to achieve bug free system functionalities;
- Administer the system rollout and implementation. Analyze the entire operation for needed improvements and enhancements;
- Arranges and conducts training and orientation for users about the software application
