The Business Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing business planning activities, including market research, performance monitoring, and data analysis. This role ensures accurate reporting, collaborates with internal and external partners, and provides valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate business planning activities, including market research, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather data and validate insights.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support management decisions.
- Oversee team deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Support the development and review of business plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate communication of insights and strategies across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in lending, credit operations, business planning, market research, or performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to gather, interpret, and utilize market and performance data.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Dependable with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional activities.
