Business Planning Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical Business Planning Specialist to join our team! If you have a strong background in business administration, project planning, and cross-functional financial analysis, we'd love to hear from you.

• Business Planning: Create comprehensive business plans for project phases and review/improve existing templates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner continuously with assigned Business Units (BUs), the Financial Control Group, and the Financial Planning team for variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
• Strategic & Technical Input: Provide technical insights, analyze current performance, and participate in reviewing business development materials.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and project management capabilities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a real estate or similar industry.
• Highly proficient in using technology and Microsoft Office
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 2x a week onsite at Tinio Mandaluyong
