Business Planner

Collects, analyzes, synergizes, and integrates business strategies across all functions and departments to ensure business growth and profitability; analyzing macro data prior releasing to internal functional units as well as to external business sectors.

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or equivalent experience

Work Experience/Exposure: One to two (1-2) years of analytical staff work, with exposure to business management.

Considerable knowledge of a business unit.

Behavioral/Personal Excellence: The position requires a higher level of integrity and discretion due to the confidentiality and criticality of information being handled.

Technical:

Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking in analyzing business data

Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software

Familiarity with strategic planning concepts

Competent oral and written communication skills
