As a Business Operations Systems Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities and infrastructure management. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. This role is essential in fostering a comfortable and productive environment for both employees and clients.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the management and optimization of property portfolios to maximize returns
- Assisting in the coordination of facilities and infrastructure management projects
- Engaging in the maintenance and security of physical workspaces to validate a productive environment
- Participating in space planning and occupancy management to enhance workplace efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated workplace management solutions
- Utilizing security management software to maintain safety protocols and emergency response systems
- Coordinating project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling, to meet client needs
- Assisting in the preparation and management of real estate documents and lease agreements
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs
- Supporting vendor management and procurement processes to maintain operational continuity
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to facilitate project delivery and client satisfaction
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills in property and facilities management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
