1. The Mission
Watch Solutions is a premier independent service center for luxury timepieces (Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet). While our Master Watchmaker is on the bench performing high-precision technical work, we need a Business Operations & Process Lead to build, manage, and scale the engine room of the business.
We are looking for a Systems Thinker. You aren't just an assistant; you are the operational partner who ensures our workshop stays organized, our suppliers are managed, and our workflow is modernized. If you love taking a manual process and making it digital, efficient, and bulletproof, this role is for you.
2. Your Ownership Areas
A. Process Architecture & Modernization (The IE Core)
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate our end-to-end service cycle—from client intake to final quality control—and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the transition from paper-heavy logs to a modern, digital service management system. You will be the architect of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Efficiency Audits: Constantly look for ways to make the workshop run cleaner, faster, and more profitably.
B. Facility & Vendor Management
- Security & Infrastructure: Act as the primary lead for third-party vendors (Alarm/Security systems, ISP, Building Admin). You ensure the fortress is always functional.
- Smart Inventory: Proactively manage stocks of technical materials and office essentials (coffee, water, stationery). We should never run out of anything because you've already predicted the need.
- Logistics: Coordinate furniture deliveries, workshop upgrades, and equipment maintenance with zero friction for the technical team.
C. Executive Support & Financial Admin
- Gatekeeping: Protect the Master Watchmaker's concentration by handling non-technical inquiries and filtering interruptions.
- Contract Control: Organize and manage all business paperwork, client service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Financial Oversight: Manage outgoing payments, track expenses, and ensure organized records for the business.
3. Who You Are

4. Requirements
- Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical/business field.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in operations, boutique management, or as a high-level Executive Assistant. Experience in luxury or technical industries is a major plus.
- Mindset: A No task is too small attitude combined with No process is too complex thinking.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in San Juan.
