Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, product information, and promotional content
- Maintain company website, social media platforms, and marketing assets
- Support exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities
Business Operations
- Coordinate daily office administration and operational activities
- Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support procurement and office resource management
Customer & Sales Support
- Handle incoming enquiries and direct them to relevant departments
- Assist with quotation preparation and sales administration
- Maintain customer databases and business records
- Support CRM updates and customer follow-up activities
Management Support
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
- Support management in business improvement initiatives
- Assist with cross-functional projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration, business support, or marketing coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
