As Business Operations Senior Associate / Assistant Manager you will oversee insurance partnership projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and post-launch account managements
This role expect self-driven candidate to join, with strategic mindshare, strong project management skills, digital insurance domain knowledge in Pilippines, and expertise in insurance product and program requirement design. Experience in logistics and/or lending scenario digital insurance projects is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Case and New Product Requirement Developmenet:
- Lead market and competitive research, collaborate with eComm platform, insurer and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and develop operation strategic plans
- Develop key account and/or new opportunity business cases, including project opportunity projections, project ROI estimation and handle project risk mitigators
- Develop insurance product requirements, including contractual model, comercial terms, fund flows and info. flows, via proactive liason with insurers, platform business teams, legal & compliance, finance, tax, digital product teams
2. Project Management:
- Lead insurance partnership delivery projects, coordinating with digital product, tech, internal corporate functional teams and partner teams
- Develop and own project milestones, timelines and delivery quality, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Virtual lead operation team junior member(s), work with digital product/tech teams to integrate insurance products into digital platforms with all project parties
3. Post-Launch Account Managements:
- Be SPOC to partner with seller and user operation teams to improve insurance program enrollment rate
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements
- Lead issue resolution and performance optimization post-launch
- Govern monthly finance reconciliation and settlement processes with insurerance partners

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree with Finance, Marketing, Data or relevant backgound
- At least 5 years of experience in digital insurance/user growth/campaign operation/digital partnership delivery
- Attention to details, data sensitive, with problem solving, customer-first mindshare and skills
- Strong analytical skills, digital product user growth operations, project management experience are preferred
- Great written, verbal communication as well as stakeholder management skills with internal function teams and external partners
Requirements/Qualifications (good to have)
- A good understanding of the digital insurance as well as the Insurance industry landscape in Thailand;
- Has previous experience in insurance industry via digital channels and growth hacking experience
- Previous E-commerce/TechFin experience (big plus)
- Adaptive to fast-pace work environment, and comfortable to steep learning curve
