Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and business performance. This role includes managing administrative processes, monitoring financial metrics, and ensuring efficient scheduling and patient flow. The Business Manager will support clinic leadership with planning, reporting, and execution of business strategies, while coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and human resources. Additional responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations, and fostering a positive, patient-centered environment aligned with Chiropractic First Group's service standards.

- Business and operations management skills, including experience in clinic, healthcare, or service-based environments.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, interpret reports, and track key performance indicators.
- Leadership and people management capabilities, including staff supervision, performance coaching, and team coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and maintain efficient workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging patients, staff, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with office and business software tools, including spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and reporting platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer-centric industries is an advantage, along with a commitment to patient care and service quality.
