What role will you play

The Business Management Analyst supports the delivery of Client Fulfilment Business Management activities, coordinating governance, reporting, communications, and operational processes. The role contributes to workforce, financial, engagement, and governance management while ensuring accurate and timely reporting and administration.

What You Offer

• Experience in Business Management, Operations, project management office, administration, reporting, communications or a related support function
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting, data reconciliation and presentation development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing management updates, presentations, employee communications and engagement materials
• Experience analysing workforce, financial and operational data, producing reporting and dashboards, and building effective relationships across teams and senior stakeholders.
