Job Description
- Assign and monitor territories for Loan Officers to ensure coverage and delivery of regional sales and loan volume targets.
- Set, track, and review regional sales plans and pipeline targets to drive consistent loan acquisition performance.
- Coach on lead generation, client pitching, application completeness, and postsales handling to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
- Review and validate pipeline and application quality, endorsing cases to centralized teams when necessary.
- Act as the escalation point for postsales issues, client concerns, and interdepartment coordination, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive team performance through regular reviews, incentives, and alignment to company goals, ensuring metrics are monitored and achieved.
- Promote team collaboration and bestpractice sharing across the sales organization (note: the role has no direct selling quota).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years experience in lending sales, ideally with proven success leading or coordinating sales teams in the financial services sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; additional training in sales management or leadership is a strong advantage.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with the ability to uplift field teams, shape sales behavior, and drive consistent performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, especially in assessing loan pipelines, evaluating application quality, and optimizing team conversions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and crossfunctional coordination, able to navigate operations, credit, and central teams to resolve concerns efficiently.
- Leadership experience in scaling sales teams in the Philippine market, including exposure to regional coverage, field environments, and fastpaced lending operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster a hightrust, highcollaboration environment.
- Willingness to travel and manage teams across multiple areas, providing handson support and field visibility when needed.
