Job Description

The HR IT Business Analyst leads in ensuring that our People & Culture (HR) has the right winning digital capabilities to ensure it is able to achieve its productivity, development, wellbeing objectives and drive positive employee satisfaction for AMC's over 800+ employees.

Ensures that HR IT Platform services are fit for use in consideration of local Ways of Working. Projects will be skillfully delivered by the HR IT Business Analyst to ensure the right process transformation, value creation is delivered, and change management is done with high quality to ensure no business disruption.

Vacancy Description

  • Process Transformation Design: Lead a user centric design approach to developing/improving HR Information System functionalities to drive process optimization and improved user experience.
  • Lead implementation of Digital Capabilities: Own the scoping, project planning, testing and deployment plan of new capabilities for People and Culture team. Manages both internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality adoption of digital tools and processes.
  • Subject Matter Expert for HR systems and processes: Develops mastery in both technical and process knowledge of HR standards, policies and processes. Continuously work with People and Culture team in delivering initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
  • Capability Building: Builds overall systems and analytical capability over the different HR Information systems deployed within the company.
  • Business Analysis: Has an understanding of the HR processes and continuously works with the Data and Analytics team to help deliver new insights and enable a more data driven organization.
