Job Description

The BI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, report reliability, and timely resolution of BI-related issues while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize reporting and analytics processes.

Accountabilities

  • Research sales questions and disputes around sales crediting.
  • Ensure the Oracle database is updated with precise information and maintain data accuracy.
  • Perform data extraction utilizing SQL, with a thorough understanding of data mapping and validation procedures.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for daily tasks and effective case management.
  • Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to gather requirements
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data, experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
