The BI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, report reliability, and timely resolution of BI-related issues while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize reporting and analytics processes.
Accountabilities
- Research sales questions and disputes around sales crediting.
- Ensure the Oracle database is updated with precise information and maintain data accuracy.
- Perform data extraction utilizing SQL, with a thorough understanding of data mapping and validation procedures.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for daily tasks and effective case management.
- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to gather requirements
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data, experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
