The BI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, report reliability, and timely resolution of BI-related issues while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize reporting and analytics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Build and maintenance of data pipelines feeding executive dashboards and reporting systems.
- Translate complex data interconnected from multiple sources into clear, visual insights for executive audiences.
- Leverage generative AI to accelerate analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support real-time decision-making through automated reporting and alerts.
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards in BI tools.
- Support data quality checks and document data issues.
- Document analysis processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Extract and validate data from multiple sources using SQL
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 2+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling (Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS).
- Expertise in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
- Database and data warehouse fundamentals.
- Statistical modeling and basic ML concepts.
- Advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot) and their applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS S3, Python/R.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows in a professional work setting.
- Prior experience supporting system migrations and translating related analytics reporting
