Job Description

TP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with proven expertise in SharePoint administration, Power BI, and Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

o Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and performance monitoring.

o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

Business Intelligence Development:

o Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

o Create and optimize data models to support efficient and accurate reporting.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

SharePoint Administration:

o Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability.

o Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to support business processes.

o Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls.

Workflow Automation:

o Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

o Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, and other relevant systems.

Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Development, and Client Services, to gather requirements and provide BI support.

o Communicate complex data findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

o Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Continuous Improvement:

o Conduct process or workflow mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in existing reporting processes and tools.

o Determine significant causal factors of performance opportunities through diagnostic analysis and inferential statistics

o Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and reporting.

o Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Report Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a BPO environment.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.

o Strong experience in SharePoint administration, including site configuration, workflow development, and permissions management.

o Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and integration.

o Experience with Power Apps

o Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

o Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

o Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)

Analytical Skills:

o Experienced in creating process or workflow maps

o Skilled in descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful insights.

o Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

o Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
