Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of Krayden's enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This role designs and delivers dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that enable informed business decisions across finance, sales, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership.
The position partners with Data Engineering, ERP, and business stakeholders to develop scalable reporting solutions, standardize enterprise analytics, and support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Krayden's Enterprise Data Platform.
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Promote reporting standards, governance, documentation, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Support enterprise reporting initiatives, acquisitions, and continuous improvement of business intelligence capabilities.
- Contribute to data quality, reporting consistency, automation, and operational support activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions.
- Monitor report performance, data refresh processes, and reporting accuracy while resolving operational issues.
- Support report security, access management, workspace administration, and enterprise reporting standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, business definitions, report specifications, and data lineage documentation.
- Partner with Data Engineering and business teams to resolve reporting issues related to source data, data integration, or business logic.
- Support report modernization, platform enhancements, acquisition onboarding, and enterprise analytics initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, business reporting, KPIs, analytical design, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience writing SQL queries and analytical calculations to support enterprise reporting.
- Experience troubleshooting reporting, data quality, and performance issues.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both operational and project-based work.

Experience with one or more of the following technologies is preferred:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Fabric Warehouse/Lakehouse
- SQL, DAX, Python, Power Query (M)
- Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory Security Groups

- ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (SalesForce) reporting platforms
