Job Description
The Business Intelligence Data Consultant I works with REPH DRV AD and DRV Actionable data (Alpharetta) team in creating and completing Reports and Studies for our Customers (Carriers) and Sales Reps base from the following sources: DB360 Blindspot report, ADRC, Harnessing the power of DB360 report.
Core tasks are composed of (but not limited to): Pulling data from Essbase, Responding and reacting to Sellers requests and queries, pulling data from and to PowerBI dashboard, Peer to peer audit and ensuring that reports are submitted on a timely manner.

- Data Extraction, Data validation from Essbase vs PowerBI dashboard Data.
- Business support through data analysis and research.
- Independently run data statistics, including coverage stats, field populations, etc.
- Run data profiles.
- Complete new data evaluations for diverse audiences.
- Create data documentation including mappings and quality thresholds.
- Investigate, track, and report data issues.
- Conducts data review and verification and ensures corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Provide clear documentation for data and processes performed.
- Communicate information effectively through written statements or suggestions.
- Assist in enhancing methodologies for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives.
- Support process improvement and compliance initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Adhere to QA and Operation standards and procedures to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Escalate issues and decisions to Supervisor or BU counterpart when necessary.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to 50 accounts accuracy, task completion, and adherence Quality standards and timeliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Show initiative in learning new tools, systems, and processes to support team goals.
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Any professional data qualification/accreditation is preferred but not required – Python,
- Able to demonstrate a nuanced understanding and experience of the difference between online panel research and other types of online quantitative research.
- Insurance knowledge or industry experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Analytical and creative thinking while adhering to established process guidelines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies, missing information, errors, trends and areas of concern
- Proficient knowledge in computer, operating systems, basic programming and testing concepts
- PowerBi technical knowledge (end-user capability).
- Proficiency with various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Proficiency with development languages such as SQL, UNIX, Linux, XML, HPCC, etc. a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in workloads, requirements and stakeholder or management direction
- Work in collaborative environment
- Must not have any pending/ active disciplinary action, attendance, and performance issues in the past 12 months for internal applicants
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
