About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant.
In This Role, You Will
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Business Intelligence functional area that enable clear and consistent delivery of insights
- Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives in presenting data as descriptive diagnostic analytics and dashboards
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk data translation and visualization deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations utilizing developing expertise in prototyping, usability, and the end-user experience to improve the impact of the final data visualization product which includes dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses
- Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to assess business needs and produce actionable insights and trends leveraging data visualization and business intelligence
- Work to drive adoption of insights and metrics as a resource for the company to enable a data-driven decision-making approach
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidates must have strong operational and business insights experience preferably in the Financial Services
- Candidate must have experience in working on operational metrics such as reporting dashboard, capacity planning and forecasting, trends analysis and interpretation
- Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills
Job Expectations:
- Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig and US Shift schedule
