Job Description:

Consolidate and review Shopee's Cross-Border Business performance on a daily basis
Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to ensure the profitability and stability of the products
Collect data from multiple sources including operation, marketing, and sourcing databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
Work with several large and complex SQL databases
Design and build reports and analyses in Excel
Design and build interactive Business Intelligence tools for easier data visualisation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years working experience in business analyst related roles preferred
Proficient in SQL and optional for Python
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
Positive, energetic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Work well with cross-functional teams and able to work in a dynamic work environment
Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is a plus
