Job Description:
Provide analytics support across multiple business teams by delivering ad-hoc analysis, maintaining core reports and scorecards, and preserving business context and metric definitions to ensure consistent understanding and decision-making across stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting Delivery
- Step into different business areas and quickly understand business context, key KPIs, and existing analytical workflows.
- Reconstruct context from available documentation, datasets, dashboards, and stakeholder inputs.
- Deliver timely analysis to support decisions for business team leaders/managers.
- Clarify the request's decision purpose, assumptions, and limitations propose approaches when appropriate.
- Maintain and improve core reports, dashboards, and scorecards used by business teams.
- Ensure stability and consistency of metric definitions over time.
Stakeholder Management & Knowledge Preservation
- Manage multiple stakeholder requests by aligning on scope, timelines, and expected outputs.
- Proactively identify repeated requests suitable for standardization or templating to reduce future load.
- Document data sources, SQL logic, assumptions, definitions, and known issues for recurring outputs.
- Prepare handover materials and transfer ownership of reports/scorecards when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- Has 2-5 years in analytics / BI / business analysis / ops analytics
- Has experience supporting multiple stakeholders or rotating across domains (e.g., shared services, consulting, operations analytics) is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining recurring reports/scorecards and delivering ad-hoc analyses
- High adaptability: rapid context switching and fast ramp-up in new domains
- Strong written/verbal communication: ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear analytical work and explain results to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong SQL and data wrangling skills ability to work independently with large datasets
- Solid analytical fundamentals: descriptive analysis, driver/root-cause analysis, cohort/funnel style thinking as applicable
- Practical BI/reporting skills (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, automated reporting) and comfort maintaining existing assets
