Business Intelligence Analyst - BGC Site

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join Infosys BPM Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and automation solutions that empower business operations. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provide feasibility analysis for projects and participate in business requirements discussions with operations teams.
• Interact with business users and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Design and develop Excel applications that interact robustly with users.
• Build and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel formulas and charts.
• Develop and maintain Excel macros and automation solutions using VBA, VB Script, and web-based macro tools.
• Support mainframe automation and Access-based applications.

WHAT WER'E LOOKING FOR:

• College graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years BPO experience in VBA Macros, SQL/Oracle/Teradata, and Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills in:
• Charts, PivotTables, Slicers
• Spreadsheet formulas
• Dashboard views
• Index Match, VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP, Offset, named ranges, nested loops
• Good understanding of client-server architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
