Business Intel Analyst

The Business Intelligence Specialist III serves as a senior-level expert responsible for advanced data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support business decision-making. This role builds on the foundational and intermediate skills of previous levels, focusing on strategic analytics, leadership in project delivery, and mentoring team members. The specialist is expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
• Demonstrates thought leadership by providing expert opinions on industry-related matters to inform, update, and upskill customers and team members.
• Conceptualizes and leads analytical projects, effectively translating business needs into actionable use cases and gathering/qualifying requirements.
• Champions a culture of excellence and collaboration, sharing best practices and promoting exemplary standards of communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Works cross-functionally with project teams to drive innovative, data-driven solutions, contributing to cost savings, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
• Oversees and governs solution components, assessing total cost of ownership and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), demonstrating deep expertise in BI technologies, ETL processes, and end-to-end business operations.
• Confidently leads meetings and strategic discussions involving senior and executive management.
• Manages the project pipeline effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable business impact.
