Job Description

eClerx is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Business Insights (Sales & Marketing Analytics) to support business growth through data-driven insights, reporting, and performance analysis. The role will focus on sales and marketing analytics, dashboard development, pipeline reporting, campaign performance measurement, and business intelligence initiatives that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance Analytics

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track sales KPIs, productivity, and forecasting metrics.
  • Support sales leadership with reporting on pipeline progression, opportunity management, and business performance.
  • Perform win/loss analysis and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends.

Marketing Analytics & Campaign Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through lead generation, conversion, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Support marketing teams with audience segmentation, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for marketing leadership.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data across reporting platforms.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to create meaningful business insights.
  • Identify reporting automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support data governance and reporting standardization initiatives.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting to support business objectives.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Identify key business drivers impacting revenue, customer growth, and operational performance.
  • Support business reviews through analytical reporting and executive-ready presentations.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and business planning activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles.
  • Experience supporting sales operations, marketing performance reporting, or commercial analytics functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, marketing KPIs, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
  • Able to work on a Hybrid Set-up
  • Able to work in Northgate Alabang
  • Can start immediately

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Data Modeling).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with reporting automation and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, campaign reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
