Job Summary:

The Business Insights Officer is responsible for leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to generate actionable business insights that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, cost optimization, risk reduction, and enhanced customer experience. The role serves as a strategic partner to Branch Banking Sector units by identifying and addressing business analytics requirements through data exploration, visualization, and storytelling. The incumbent analyzes customer and transaction data to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities, provides meaningful insights and recommendations, and supports the Area Head in formulating data-driven business strategies.

• Expand knowledge in identification of customer needs and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Statistics or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in using data visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
• Should have data analysis and data insights experience in a bank.
• Strong ability to drive data, make data-driven decisions, problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with various technical team.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders of varying seniority levels is an advantage.
• Experience in the banking industry is a must.
